New system of wages for civil servants to be implemented by 2015 - Labor and Social Protection Minister
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In 2015, Kazakhstan will introduce a new system of remuneration of civil servants, this has been reported by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection Tamara Duisenova at the board meeting.
According to her words for this category from July 1, 2015 there will be introduced a new program according to which remuneration will depend on the level of education, skills, grade and responsibility of job.
"It is proposed to launch civil servants distribution according to 4 categories: administrative, substantive, administrative and maintenance and technical staff", said T.Duisenova.
The Minister also announced that it is planned to differentiate coefficients for calculating wages for certain categories of staff and organize a system of bonuses and allowances.
