New secondary school opens doors in Uralsk
URALSK. December 12. KAZINFORM A new secondary school for 600 students opened its doors in Zhana Orda microdistrict in Uralsk, Kazinform correspodent Elzhan Eraly reports.
"Altair" Ltd. started the construction of the KZT 725 million worth facility this March and put it in commission in November.
The new building was erected for 680 schoolchildren of Grades 6, 7 and 9 residing in microdistricts of Uralsk.
At the opening ceremony governor of the region Nurlan Nogayev noted 'new schools are being constructed across the country and financing of the educational sphere is growing on the instruction of the Head of State.'
The new school is modernly equipped. Apart from ordinary classrooms, it has two computer science and English language classrooms, a multimedia classroom, a 160-seat canteen, an assembly hall, a library and a gym and a greenhouse in the school yard.
