New relations established thanks to CIS - Kazakh President

SHANBE. September 3. KAZINFORM /Arnur Mukhametkarim/ Delivering a speech at an enlarged session of a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State in Dushanbe, President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced that "the CIS implemented a very important task - there are established new relations, which are based on the principles of international law and sovereign equality."
"The CIS participating states were able to find forms of cooperation acceptable for all and effective in new geopolitical realities," the Kazakh President stated.
