New Oil and Gas Vice Minister of Kazakhstan named

ASTANA. January 13. KAZINFORM Bolat Akchulakov has been appointed by the Government decree as Oil and Gas Vice Minister of Kazakhstan, the Ministry's press service said.
Akchulakov born April 9, 1971, is a graduate of the Kazakh State Academy of Management, an economist.
June 2010 appointed director general of PSA LLP. October-December 2011 acted as chairman of board of the National Company KazMunaiGas JSC.
