New managing director of North Caspian Operating Company introduced n Atyrau

ATYRAU. KAZINFORM New managing director of the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) that is the Kashagan development project operator has been introduced in Atyrau.
At the meeting with governor of the region Baktykozha Izmukhambetov, current director of the North Caspian Operating Company Pierre Offant said that Stefan de Mayu will replace him and assume office on May 1. Stephan de Mayu has extensive experience in international oil and gas projects.
