"These two railroads will dramatically change the entire region," the President said at the launching ceremony in Zhezkazgan on Friday. President Nazarbayev especially stressed that the new railway lines will shorten the distance and time of agricultural and industrial products delivery by rail. "We've connected the eastern, central, western, northern and southern areas of our huge country by railway lines. This will provide new business opportunities and create new jobs," Nazarbayev added.
