New kindergarten opens doors in N Kazakhstan

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM - A new kindergarten was opened in North Kazakhstan region on the 16th of December - The Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 50 kids are set to attend the kindergarten.

Akim (mayor) of Petropavlovsk Marat Tasmaganbetov attended the opening ceremony. In his opening remarks akim Tasmaganbetov noted that 11 kindergartens had been opened in the city so far. "Thanks to joint efforts of local authorities and entrepreneurs nearly 85% of local children attend kindergartens," Mr. Tasmaganbetov added. Assel Uaissova, whose 3-year-old son Zhangeldy will attend the new kindergarten, noted Kazakhstan had achieved tremendous success throughout the years of independence. "Our children have an opportunity to get decent education and live under the peaceful sky in unity and accord," she said proudly.
