New head of committee under Kazakh Senate elected

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Senator of the Kazakh Parliament Sergei Plotnikov has been elected as the chairman of the permanent committee for agricultural issues, natural resources management and development of rural areas.
He will replace Sergei Kulagin who earlier was appointed as the new governor of the Akmola region by President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
