New governor to head Akmola region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The Head of State signed the decree appointment of Sergey Kulagin as a new governor of the Akmola region.
Since January 2012 up to present he has been acting as deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, the Akorda press service said.
