NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM The Kazakh President decreed to relieve Nurlan Nogayev of his duties as the Energy Minister and appoint him as the Governor of Mangistau region, the Akorda press service reports.
The Kazakh President decreed to relieve Serikbay Trumov of his duties as the Governor of Mangistau region.
