New format of Unified National Test under consideration

ASTANA. July 31. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ "The issue of a new format of the Unified National Test is under consideration", official representative of the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science Serik Irsaliyev has said today at the briefing.
According to the official representative of the Ministry, the Test has too many social functions. The functions of the Test should be divided into two parts: final examination at schools and entrance examination.
"The issue is under consideration now. Special working group will be established for developing of a new form of the Test, where these functions will be separated", the official representative said.
