New employment program presented
ASTANA. February 3. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakh Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova presented a new program to support employment at the collegium of the Ministry on Thursday.
As earlier reported, the Head of State instructed to develop the program in his recent Address to the Nation. The President emphasized that the program should take into account new requirements to the labor market and quality of labor resources specified in the State Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development.
The Minister said that the program would be aimed at widening availability of payable employment and reduction of unemployment level, increase of labor market flexibility, creation of jobs and provision of the forced industrialization program with labor resources. Besides, the program will include measures on increasing the competitiveness of Kazakhstanis at the national labor market and on optimization of foreign labor use for the benefit of the country.
