New economic policy - pertinent answer to global challenges - President

"The new economic policy "Nurly zhol" that I initiated recently has become a pertinent answer to the global challenges. First of all, we are placing stake on the infrastructural development in the conditions of global volatility. Secondly, by constructing high quality highways and developing communications we will deepen cooperation with our neighbors and within the region in general. Thirdly, grandiose infrastructure projects will ensure the inflow of foreign investments," the Kazakh President said at the solemn ceremony dated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Astana Opera Theater on Monday. According to Nursultan Nazarbayev, these projects will also ensure long-term economic growth and will serve to the future generations of Kazakhstanis in the years to come. "The "Nurly zhol" policy opens new opportunities for all regions of the country thanks to construction and reconstruction of the roads," the Kazakh leader added.
