New Deputy Chief of State Guard Service named

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM By the Presidential decree, Talgat Mukhtarov has been appointed Deputy Chief of the State Guard Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazinform reports citing the Akorda press service.
Earlier, Talgat Mukhtarov served as Head of the Military Security and Defense Department at the Security Council of Kazakhstan.
