"A very difficult period in the history of our country in the 21^st century comes to an end. The storm of the global crisis that put the brakes on the world economy has not quieted down yet. However, the crisis has already lost its original force. We were fully prepared to it, therefore its consequences were not very severe for our country - you know about it. In pre-crisis period our economy developed at the same pace as in China, India and other rapidly developing states. Since we knew how to achieve that and planned everything properly together. We joined efforts and embarked on the path of successful development", the President said.
