New appointments made in Pavlodar region

Native of Pavlodar region Aleksander Babenko was named as akim of Pavlodar district. He graduated from the Karaganda Higher School of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He was deputy of the Pavlodar maslikhat. Besides, Mr. Babenko is the president of the regional chess federation. Balgabai Ibrayev was designated as akim of Shcherbaktinsk district. He has extensive executive experience. Prior to the appointment he served as deputy akim of Aksu town.
