New Adviser to Kazakh President named
The Head of State appointed Magzum Mirzagaliyev as the Adviser to the Kazakh President, Kazinform News Agency cites Akorda.
Born on November 7, 1978, is a graduate of the Turan University, Diplomatic Academy of the Foreign Ministry, Yessenov Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering.
Between 2004 and 2007 Mirzagaliyev acted as the business development manager, and production manager – head of the Aktau branch of the MIDrillingFluidsInternational.
In 2007 - 2010 held the post of the director general of TenizService LLP, KazMunayGas National Company JSC.
In 2010-2012 took the post of managing director at KazMunayGas National Company JSC.
Throughout his career, he served as Oil and Gas Vice Minister, Energy Vice Minister, Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources Minister and Energy Minister.
In April 2002 was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of KazMunayGas.
The Head of State decreed to relieve Bolat Akchulakov of his duties as the Adviser to the Kazakh President.
As earlier reported, Kaissar Zhumabayuly was named deputy chief of the President's Executive Office's communications unit.
