Necessary to start production of TV equipment in Kazakhstan: President

ASTANA. January 18. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "It is necessary to start production of TV equipment in Kazakhstan", President N.Nazarbayev said at the ceremony of launch of the National satellite broadcast network.
"We should start production of TV equipment in our country. It is necessary to attract world's leading companies. IT technologies should be the priority in economic, industrial and innovative development of the country", the President said.
N.Nazarbayev also noted that this work should be coordinated by the Ministry of Communications and Information.
