Necessary to provide gradual implementation of Concept of Legal Policy of Kazakhstan for 2010-2020: N.Nazarbayev
ASTANA. November 18. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "It is necessary to provide gradual implementation of provisions of the Concept of Legal Policy of Kazakhstan for 2010-2020", President N.Nazarbayev has said today at the opening of V Congress of Judges of Kazakhstan.
"As it is known, I approved the Concept of Legal Policy of Kazakhstan for 2010-2020. Being a complex program document it defines main directions of modernization of the judicial system within the process of legal reform", N.Nazarbayev noted.
The Concept provides modernization of legal proceedings at all stages, improvement of the status of judges, transparency of our judicial system. "This document gives great opportunities for development of the legislative potential of the Kazakh courts. We should provide gradual implementation of provisions of the document now", the President said.
