Nazarbayev University develops technologies of computer modeling of drugs
ASTANA. September 19. KAZINFORM The implementation of the project on development of technologies of computer modeling of medications by the Nazarbayev University will allow to create new effective medications, according to Pm.kz.
This project is aimed at the use of computer modeling and chemical synthesis for new medication production.
According to the developers of the project, these methods will allow to detect side effects at early stages.
Besides, creation of automated program's platform for determination of immunogenic peptides used in development of vaccines is planned within the framework of the projects.
The introduction of the method of computer modeling will allow to improve the quality and make the production of new pharmaceuticals faster and reduce the costs for their production. The Interdisciplinary Instrumentation Center at Nazarbayev University is responsible for implementation of the project.
