Nazarbayev to partake in III CICA Summit today

ISTANBUL. June 8. KAZINFORM /Yernur Akanbay/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev will take part in the III CICA Summit of Heads of State and Government in Istanbul.
For the first time the Summit will be held outside Kazakhstan. It is planned to sign a Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Secretariat, its staff and representatives of the CICA member states and adopt a political declaration. Besides, Vietnam and Iraq are expected to become full members of the CICA and Bangladesh as observer. Candidacy of the CICA executive Director will be approved.
Heads of state and government of 36 countries, representatives of 14 international organizations are expected to partake in the Summit.
