Nazarbayev suggests establishing coop between CICA and Central Asian Regional Information and Coordination Center

"We are all united in the desire to see sustainable development of Afghanistan. The revival of peaceful, independent and prospering Afghanistan is a key priority in struggle against such challenges and threats as drug and weapon trafficking, terrorism and religious extremism. Kazakhstan attaches big significance to the efforts of the world community on combating the Afghan opiates. We have opened the Central Asian Regional Information and Coordination Center. I suggest directing efforts of the CICA to establishment of cooperation with the center", N. Nazarbayev said at the III CICA Summit in Istanbul on June 8.

The Head of the State noted that Kazakhstan implemented an educational program for training Afghani students at Kazakh universities.
