ASTANA. April 5. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev received a telegram of congratulations on election victory from Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh; Kazinform has learnt from the presidential press service.
"Your wise leadership brought prosperity and peace to Kazakhstan. Your reelection is an expression of confidence by the people of Kazakhstan. I wish you success in the future. India and Kazakhstan have close and friendly relations. I hope that my planned visit to Kazakhstan will promote strengthening and diversification of our strategic partnership," the telegram reads.
