Nazarbayev's address to nation of paramount importance for Muslim world - ex Lebanese PM

F. Finiora also notes that topics raised in the presidential address are of paramount importance for the Arab and Muslim world. "In the state-of-the-nation address you've mentioned that growth, modernization and economic development are important and effective uniting principles," the letter says.
