Nazarbayev's address to nation of paramount importance for Muslim world - ex Lebanese PM
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Former Prime Minister of Lebanon Fouad Siniora has sent a letter to President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Akorda's press service reports.
In his letter, F. Siniora says that "it is with great interest that he familiarized with Nazarbayev's recent State-of-the Nation Address that outlines his vision of the country's future and ways to achieve the key goal - accession to the club of the world's 30 most competitive countries by 2050." F. Finiora also notes that topics raised in the presidential address are of paramount importance for the Arab and Muslim world. "In the state-of-the-nation address you've mentioned that growth, modernization and economic development are important and effective uniting principles," the letter says. In conclusion, Mr. Finiora was confident that ‘Kazakhstan will set an example for other Muslim and Arab countries in the process of its development' and wished Nursultan Nazarbayev health and determination to execute all his plans.
