Nazarbayev receives Kazakhstan Prosecutor General

K.Mami informed the President of the status of law and order in the country and priority directions of the supervisory body?s activity. Special attention was paid to the issues of ensuring transparency in use of the resources allocated for implementation of the government?s anti-recessionary programme for 2009-2011. ?The President charged to ensure strict legality in investigation of criminal cases against former top managers of Kazatomprom company and officials of several public agencies?, the Prosecutor General said.
