Nazarbayev received PM Massimov

K.Massimov informed the President of rates and dynamics of the country's economic development, implementation of the program of forced industrial innovative development, harvesting, realization of social programs.

I would like to make a report on results of eight months and supposed results of nine months. Those instructions you have given at the Government's session in April, 2011, they all are implemented. Following the results of 2011 a seven-percent growth - the task you have set, will be ensured. The manufacturing industry is under priority rates. It is going thanks to the industrial program. On the issue of harvesting of agriculture owing to the complex of measures taken, presently 21 mln tons were cropped. The harvest will reach 24-25 mln following results of this year. In accordance with this there are some difficulties - grain storage. Tomorrow we plan to hold a national telephone conference on the harvest preservation. One more issue I would like to report on is the situation on providing with oil and lubricants. In August there were some faults, which are, first of all, are connected with the fact that we cannot provide ourselves with oil and lubricants of domestic manufacture. It will be able only from December 2014, when reconstruction of all oil refineries in Kazakhstan will be completed.
