Nazarbayev proposes to establish Europol in SES

ASTANA. January 27. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev has proposed to establish an Eurasian police on the territory of the Single Economic Space (SES).
"I think that the issue of setting up an Eurasian police - Europol - on the model of Intepol for strengthening fight against the transnational organized crime in the SES," the Head of State noted, delivering the annual State-of-the-Nation Address at a joint session of the Parliament Houses.
In this connection, N.Nazarbayev urged the Government to develop and send the corresponding proposal to partners within SES.
