Nazarbayev instructs Vice PM to check into non-disbursement of budget in regions

ASTANA. November 28. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev made a point of non-disbursement of budget funds at the session with governors of all levels on Wednesday (November 28).
According to President's Press Secretary Dauren Abayev, Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed the regions of Kazakhstan failed to implement KZT 143 billion of budget funds by 1 November, that is on average one-year budget of a region.
"Kairat Kelimbetov was instructed to check into the problem and take drastic measures," D. Abayev added.
