Nazarbayev institutes al-Farabi State Prize for research breakthrough and innovation

ASTANA. May 22. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has established a State Prize named after al-Farabi to scientists for breakthrough research and innovation. It has been said by the the Head of State today at the 26th plenary session of the Foreign Investors Council.
"It will be awarded annually in seven categories. A the beginning the premium amount will be 100 thousand dollars, then it will be higher, " said Nursultan Nazarbayev.
