Nazarbayev inks Law on strenthening arbitration system and court

ASTANA. July 4. KAZINFORM - President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improvement of arbitration and arbitration court", aimed at strengthening the system of arbitration and arbitration courts, as well as expanding the scope of using pre-trial settlement of disputes.
