"Today above 20,000 students of the city are not provided with dormitory accommodations, they have to live in lodgings falling out of the sight of the higher educational institutions. Currently the existing residence halls are overcrowded. The majority of the dormitories was built in the 60s. Our future depends on our youth, on their patriotic education and love of country," the President said.

During the last elections the youth and the students of the city showed their high civic engagement. The akimat and the city affiliate of Nur Otan Party should solve the youth problems.
