Nazarbayev Centre to host Turkish cultural heritage exhibition

ASTANA. KAZINFORM An exhibition of intangible cultural heritage of Turkey, initiated by the Yunus Emre Institute in Astana with the assistance of the Gazi University and Kazakhstan national commission for UNESCO, will open April 2 at the Nazarbayev Centre.

Representatives of the Turkish Embassy in Kazakhstan, various diplomatic and cultural missions, public figures and artistic intelligentsia will attend its opening ceremony. The exhibition will feature the artifacts relating to the ancient culture and beliefs of the Turkish nation, passing on from generation to generation, common for Kazakhstan and Turkey. It will run for two weeks, admission is free, the centre said.
