ASTANA. March 29. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the decree "On amendment of the Decree of the President of Kazakhstan from 4 December, 2003 "On civil service's candidates pool," Kazinform refers to the Presidential press service.
