ASTANA. March 19. KAZINFORM "Nauryz (Nowruz) is the most open holiday; it gives an opportunity for open communication with every person without a ceremony," Majilisman Kuanysh Sultanov told an international conference on "The freedom of religion in Kazakhstan" in the Kazakh capital - Astana on Tuesday.
"Openness is the key value for Kazakhstan, it is our main course. During Nauryz (Nowruz) celebration our doors are open, guests come and go. This is a step to communication with each other. Nauryz holiday facilitates respect and mutual understanding between the people," Mr. Sultanov stressed.
