ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The new building of the National Museum is among the ten largest exposures in the world, this has been announced today at the opening of the museum by President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The area of museum exhibition halls, warehouses, and laboratories exceeds 74,000 square meters. The President said that the establishment of museum exhibits was carried out using the most advanced techniques of museum management studies of Italy, Japan, Russia and South Korea. Touch kiosks, multimedia guides and other high-tech technologies help visitors to get the best idea of the history and culture of Kazakhstan. In addition, restoration laboratories have innovative equipment. Museum depositories are equipped with biological light climate control systems. "I want to express special thanks to architects and builders who constructed the project", said Head of State. Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulated the staff of the museum with the beginning of their work. The President expressed confidence that the museum employees will initiate a new tradition in the practice of Kazakhstan's museology.
