National Fund assets to reach $72.5 bln by 2015 - Kazakh economy minister

TANA. August 27. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Till 2015 assets of the National Fund should grow to USD 72.5 billion, which is not less than 30% of GDP. Kazakh Minister of Economic Development and Trade Kairat Kelimbetov made it public at the Government's sitting on Saturday.
"Given the potential deterioration in the global economy, in a medium-term perspective we will continue the policy of accumulation of financial resources in the National Fund by limiting the guaranteed transfer of USD 8 billion in line with the concept of the formation and use of the National Fund," Kelimbetov said.
