National Chamber of Entrepreneurs: Project of new Customs Code will be submitted to EAEC in autumn 2014
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The draft of the new Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) will be presented in autumn of the current year, this has been announced by the deputy chairman of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan Rahym Oshakbayev.
"A working group was formed in Moscow to develop the new Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union. The group includes two representatives from the business community of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus. Currently there have being held five working sessions which are expected to be finished by May. But there are still a lot of unresolved issues. The working is expected to submit the developed draft Customs Code in September-October 2014", said R.Oshakbayev. He emphasized that the business community has the opportunity to participate directly in the development of the new Customs Code.
