Nasty weather to grip E Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - Authorities in East Kazakhstan region has issued storm alert.
According to Kazhydromet, Kazakhstan's weather service, a mix of snow and rain is forecast in the region on December 10. Meteorologists predict that black ice will coat the roads in the region. Blizzard and wind gusting up to 25-28 mps are expected in eastern Kazakhstan as well.
