N. Nazarbayev to establish commission on implementation of five institutional reforms in case of winning elections

"If the people of Kazakhstan show that they have confidence in me at the elections, the first thing I do after the elections is establish a special commission on implementation of five institutional reforms I initiated earlier," N. Nazarbayev told at the briefing in Astana.

"The special commission is the necessity because it is a difficult and job that sometime even requires changes of the legislation of the country, and moreover, it is the second stage of development of our country," N. Nazarbayev told.
