N. Nazarbayev - symbol of stability and luck - Yao Peisheng
BEIJING. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is a symbol of stability and luck, former Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine Yao Peisheng told in the interview to Kazinform correspondents.
"Your President made the biggest contribution to development of Kazakhstan. I know that the people of Kazakhstan want him to continue his work because he is a symbol of stability and luck," he said.
According to him, political experts of foreign countries show a great interest in the situation developing in Kazakhstan. "Yesterday, I read all the information about the early presidential elections including the statement made by N. Nazarbayev. Today, all TV channels of Hong Kong informed that the elections were scheduled for April 26. The elections are a great political event. We are following the situation in Kazakhstan and hope that the Kazakh-Chinese relations will continue to develop," Yao Peisheng said.
