N. Nazarbayev signs law aimed at strengthening protection of rights of consumers of financial services

ASTANA. February 10. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on mortgage lending and protection of rights of consumers of financial services and investment".
The Law provides strengthening of protection of consumer of rights of consumers of financial services, granting of guarantees to the citizens for mortgage lending as well as strengthening responsibility of officials of joint stock companies; the President's press service informs.
