N.Nazarbayev OKs loan agreement b/w Kazakhstan and IBRD

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev has inked the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the loan agreement (Second phase of the project on the improvement of irrigation and drainage systems) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development", Akorda reported.
