However, only 7, 5 percent of global GDP and 11, 2 percent of total global trade accrue to the OIC countries," said Nursultan Nazarbayev. During Kazakhstan's presidency in the OIC Astana Declaration was adopted. The document aimed at the modernization and reform of the Islamic world in the XXI century.
