N.Nazarbayev: It necessary to conclude strategic partnership agr't with Turkmenistan

ASHGABAT. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev considers it necessary to conclude an agreement with Turkmenistan on strategic partnership.
According to his words, the two countries have reached the level of strategic partnership. "The foreign ministers of the two states should work on that issue," said the President.
