N. Nazarbayev inks Code of Administrative Offences

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President Nursultan Nazarbayev has inked the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences, aimed at updating and upgrading administrative-tort legislation, improving the security of citizens and the interests of the state against illegal encroachments, the press service of Akorda informs.
In addition, Kazakhstan President Nazarbayev signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning legislation on administrative offenses". The texts of the documents are published in the press.
