ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev handed the flag of Kazakhstan over to Olympic athlete and winner of many international taekwondo tournaments Ruslan Zhaparov.
"May you carry this flag into the Olympic stadium and proudly return with a victory!" N. Nazarbayev said.
In turn, the athlete promised to try really hard to justify the hopes.
