ASTANA. November 6. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev decreed to appoint Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Italy A. Yelemessov as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador with concurrent accreditation to Malta and San-Marino, the Presidential press service said.
