Mukhtar Auezov's Manas, collection of manuscripts presented

ASTANA. February 24. KAZINFORM. A presentation of distinctive books published with financial support from the Foundation of the First President of Kazakhstan took place on February 19.
The first book to be presented was Mukhtar Auezov's Manas, a collection of manuscripts devoted to one of the variations of the centrepiece of Kyrgyz literature performed by prominent Manaschi (a person who recites the epos) Sagymbaya Orazbakov. A Uighur language edition of "Motherland, the Eternal Source of Inspiration" by Mashur Zhalilov, a prominent Kazakh writer of Uighur origin, was also among the presented books, the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reports.
