More than 3 000 debtors can not travel abroad in Mangistau rgn

AKTAU. December 24. KAZINFORM - In Mangistau there are more than 3 thousand debtors as of December 2013, who are not permitted to travel abroad, such figures have been voiced by the Department for execution of judicial acts in Mangistau region.
"In Aktau such debtors number 2 395 people, across the region they amount to 3 176. And a few thousand people are in mind. Half of them may at any time appear in the database of "Berkut" of Justice Ministry", said the head of the personnel management department for execution of judicial acts Kanat Talasov.
Total in Kazakhstan, according to the department employees, there have been registered more than 65,000 debtors, for whom travelling abroad is forbidden.
