Monotowns Development Program to be controlled tightly - Kazakh Vice PM

TEMIRTAU. May 14. KAZINFORM "The Single-Industry Towns' Development Program implementation will be controlled tightly," Kazakh First Deputy Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov has warned akims (mayors) of these cities.
"This program is aimed at solving social economic issues in these single-industry towns. The Head of State pays a special attention to this problem and has given specific instructions to the Government and to akims," S. Akhmetov added.
